My name is Maricela Mata, I am the primary teacher of Busy Bees Daycare. I am a licenced child care provider. I received a Bachelor degree in early childhood education from Universidad Normal Miguel Hidalgo in Mexico in 1998 and it was validated by ECE (Educational Credential Evaluators) in 2002 (ref 137706/KMA). I have nine years of experience; 3 as a Kindergarten teacher, one in a preschool, five with my own daycare. I am married with two children ages five and three. I speak two languages, English and Spanish, and include a bilingual program in my childcare curriculum. My previous home day care had a capacity of 8 children including my own, I had two assistants to help me give the utmost attention to each child.

Our purpose is to stimulate the child’s social, intellectual and physical development, by giving him/her the opportunity to play in an active, secure and loving environment.
